From the time that you contact us, through the completion of services, you will be in direct contact with our Service Technicians. We will explain all repairs in as much detail that is needed for you to fully understand the problem and your options for repairs and service.
We have your best interests in mind and will always advise you on the most cost effective way to address your issues. We will never recommend hardware, repairs or services that you don't need.
FREE Evaluations
We offer complimentary estimates for all services and repairs. There is no up-front fee for walking in our door.
Many times the first step with regard to service is to determine if your equipment is worth repairing; or if the cost of repairs would equal or exceed the cost of a replacement. Once we have this initial information established, you will be able to make a well informed decision on how to proceed to reach a solution. By offering a complimentary estimate, we can help to resolve your problem more efficiently and help to minimize costs. (Shipping charges may apply if equipment is shipped to/from Frostline).
In the event that replacement equipment makes more sense, we are happy to assist and advise you on the most appropriate replacement hardware to suit your needs.
FREE Projector Lamp Replacement
If you are within our local service area and you purchase a projector lamp from Frostline, we will gladly install the new lamp at no charge.
Fast Turn Around
We complete most audio video repairs within 3 to 5 days when parts are available. If parts need to be ordered and you need a quicker turnaround, we can expedite the parts order at your request if you agree to pay the additional cost of shipping.
Flat Labor Fee
We stick to our estimates. If your repair takes longer than expected, it will not cost any more than what we quoted you for the repair.

Our Technicians are Factory trained and Certified by several leading manufacturers. Frostline is an authorized service center for several manufacturers as well. These certifications combined with years of real world experience will ensure that your repairs are handled with precision and quality.

We offer complimentary pick-up services within an area local to our Elk Grove Village office. Please contact us to see if you are in this area.
