John Dudek: Territory Sales Representative

Prior to joining Frostline, John spent 16 Years of his career providing network printer/copier solutions to educational and corporate clients. In addition, John worked for 2 years as a manufacturer's representative, serving audio-visual dealers in a five state territory. John has been with Frostline for 5 years, has his BS from Northern Illinois University and is a SMART Certified Trainer.

Ed Lee: Sales and Marketing Manager

Ed joined Frostline’s sales team in 2008 after spending the first 18 years of his working career on the West Coast including the San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle.

Ed has worked previously in the Biotech, IT and Aerospace industries, has a BA from University of Colorado at Boulder, an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and is a SMART Certified Trainer.

Dave Rasmussen: Territory Sales Representative

Dave joined Frostline in March of 2012 and brings over 8 years of dedicated sales experience to our team. For six of those years, Dave developed and grew his own home care supplies business from the ground up. Dave is a service oriented professional with exposure to business development, sales strategy planning, client relationship development and customer service. Outside of work Dave enjoys biking, playing golf, and is a big fan of many sports.

Gary Jahn: Service Manager/Territory Sales Representative

Gary has been with Frostline for 23 years. He is the Service and Support Manager responsible for all product repairs and customer and sales support, and manages his own sales territory in the south suburbs and the south side of Chicago. He is also a Smart Certified Trainer.

As a DeVry Institute graduate in electronics and U.S. Army veteran, Gary is always up for a technical challenge and takes his customer service skills very seriously. “I believe that the service you receive after the purchase in more important than the product we sell”.

Outside the office Gary enjoys Golf (when his wife and 3 children let him. ). Playing and writing music is his favorite hobby.

Daneen Feeney : SMART Education Consultant

Daneen joined our team as a SMART Education Consultant in January of 2012. With over four years of SMART product experience and over five years of experience as a teacher in the Chicago Public School system, Daneen brings a valuable combination of skills and experience to the Frostline team. One of Daneen’s primary goals is to work directly with SMART schools and school districts to ensure that an effective training and professional development plan is in place. This insures that users of all levels will gain the most benefit from the use and integration of SMART products into their school’s curriculum. Daneen has a B.S. in Business from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Education from DePaul University. She is a Certified Trainer for SMART Notebook software, SMART Response software, SMART Meeting Pro software, and is a SMART Certified Education Consultant.

David Burkee: Senior Systems Designer

David started with Frostline in July of 2007 after moving to Chicago from the Baltimore area.  He attended the Sheffield Institute of the Recording Arts outside of Baltimore for 2 years, and studied audio theory, recording techniques, and took classes in tech service and installation.  Since starting at Frostline David has expanded his knowledge with continuing manufacturer education and has joined the industry organizations Cedia and InfoComm among others.   David handles all of Frostline’s Crestron and audio DSP  programming and plays a major role in Frostline’s system design and integration.  In addition, David is a SMART Notebook Certified  trainer.

Chris Borucki : Systems Designer

Chris Borucki is a third generation model maker. He studied at Purdue University before becoming the Applications Engineer at a venture backed consumer electronics company. During this time he served as an Industrial Designer and Chief Systems Architect of the first mobile IPTV solution. Mr. Borucki's experiences include management of all software and hardware systems development. His team created the first hands free duplex text messaging application and a Thin Film Ferro-Electric Phase Shifting Satellite Array for mobile satellite television leading to a successful IPO. Now joining Frostline Inc. Mr. Borucki has taken his expertise in product development and Six Sigma management to create and install custom audio-visual systems. Chris is currently a certified Digital Media Engineer and Crestron Programmer..

Jon Coscio: Inside Sales Representative

Jon joined our team in 2008 and supports the entire Frostline outside sales team in addition to his role in inside sales. Jon is a SMART Certified Trainer and is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science.

Anthony Gutierrez: Purchasing Manager

Tony has worked with Frostline for over 22 years and has been in the AV industry for over 27 years. He was instrumental during Frostline's transition from an Architect/Engineering focus to the Audio Video integration industry. As Frostline's Purchasing Manager, he applies his years of experience to insure that Frostline can deliver the highest quality products to its customers and the greatest overall value. Tony’s knowledge of the leading AV product lines is second to none. If he doesn’t know about it, then it probably doesn’t exist!

As an avid White Sox fan, you can catch him in Lot-B at The “Cell”, a few times a month during the baseball season. If you're ever there, look for the flying retro Sox flags waving - he'll be the one working the grill and shouting “You can put it on the boarrrrrd…YESSS!!!”

Anthony Sineni: Lead Installer

Anthony joined Frostline 3 years ago and has spent his career in the residential field. He is the proud father of 4 and loves the Cubs.

Dan Wilke: Shipping & Receiving

Dan joined the Frostline team in 2008 and has kept our shipping and receiving department running smoothly ever since. In addition, Dan assists our installation team when needed and always does whatever it takes to get the job done.

Sandy Bellendir: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

Sandy started at Frostline in December of  2003 and handles Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and customer service. In her free time Sandy loves touring the countryside on her motorcycle with her husband Peter.

Cindy Kari : Customer Service

Cindy joined Frostline in January 2012. She brings over 20 years of administrative and general accounting experience to our team. Her versatility lends valuable support to Frostline’s front office operations. Cindy enjoys working with customers on a day-to-day basis and in her spare time enjoys cooking, attending music festivals and spending time relaxing with friends.

Paula Frost: Office Manager

Paula has been with Frostline since 2007 and is the company benefits plan administrator in addition to support for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Customer Service. Paula has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science, Nursing.  Prior to joining Frostline, Paula spent over 6 years working as a Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse on an inpatient adolescent psychiatric unit as well as over 9 years experience in the healthcare industry working as a clinic office manager, patient customer service and insurance billing specialist including daily balancing of charges and receipts, physician contracting and Accounts Receivable.

Matt Kush: Internet Marketing Manager

Matt has been with Frostline for 5 years and handles all Internet/web initiatives. He's the proud father of 2 boys and likes to golf.

Yoshi

Yoshi is a White Samoyed and Frostline’s fearless mascot. She loves meeting our UPS driver whenever he brings us deliveries, and keeps the entire staff company as she makes her constant rounds around the office.
